Background pan-cancer Statics
CIRI-hub(circRNA tumor and normal tissues analysis platform) is an online webserver for the analysis of circRNA expression in various cancer and tumor tissues. 2187 cancer and 660 normal tissue samples were downloaded from MiOncoCirc, circAltas, GEO databases. All samples included in CIRI-hub were analyzed by a custom pipeline. These results provided relevant information about circular RNA pan-cancer and were used as background material for data analysis.
