This tools based on Python3.5 and MATLAB2016. Must installed packages:
- libsvm==3.25 (https://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/)
- numpy==1.18.5
- pandas==0.25.3
- sklearn==0.22.2
Input
The web server supports online and offline processing of RNA sequences.
Online processing of RNA sequence:
You can input only one sequence whithout '>' description. We will return all labels. (The sequence's length must more than 4.)
Offline processing of RNA sequences file:
Your submission must be a ".fasta" file. The number of sequences is less than or equal to 300. We will process immediately and return result via email.
Output
After finishing calculation, results will be shown in a new page. The result contains the multi-class prediction score of RNA and the final classification result. For offline predictions, we will return the results by email.
