分块重构软件包 大病毒的冷冻电镜重构受到柔性和埃瓦尔德球效应影响,很难取得准原子分辨率结构。为此研究人员开发了分块重构软件。利用此软件,在多种大病毒上突破了埃瓦尔德球极限,获得了准原子分辨率的重构。同时大幅减少了病毒柔性影响,显著提升了局部或整体的分辨率。目前分块重构已经成为了解析大病毒结构的主流方法。
