The goals of this study is chracterization of non-random X chromosome inactivation pattern in mouse breast development. We constructed the initial and reciprocal cross using two mouse strain(C57BL6/J and PWK/PhJ). Sequencing the breast tissues in different developmental stage. Through analyzing the data, we can evaluate the role of parental-of-origin effect in non-random X chromosome inactivation.
