Description | Transcriptome analysis of 2 maize recombination inbred lines from ph4CV and F9721 under drought stress. The three-leaf seedlings of the two RILs were treated with natural drought stress without water. From the start to 5 days after drought stress, the shoot tissues of the two RILs seedlings were harvested and samples labeled CK, DT1, DT2 and DT5 were used for RNA extraction and Illumina deep sequencing. | ||||||||
