For the identification of some specific DNA methylation sites on the Y-chromosome as biomarker in prostate cancer, we investigate DNA methylation patterns of 480000+ CpG sites in tissue and their matched para-carcinoma tissue from 66 prostate cancer patients using Illumina HM450K. Besides, H3K4me3's change are also detected in several samples to comfirm the result of DNA methylation. |
