Description |
We utilized CRISPR-Cas9 method to obtain MeCP2 knockout mouse. WT and knockout MEF cells were collected from embyro Day-13.5. The influence of MeCP2 on MEF cells were obtained by RNA-Seq method to study reprogramming process. |
