Aegilops tauschii (Ae.t., 2n=14; DD) provides rich germplasm resources for wheat breeding in many aspects. Previous studies have revealed that abscisic acid (ABA) is an essential phytohormone and plays a pivotal role in plant adaption to stresses. However, the gene regulation network of Ae.t. in response to ABA remains unclear. In this study, we conducted a time-course experiment with strand-specific RNA-sequencing protocol to globally profile transcriptome that responded to ABA treatment in Ae.t.. |
