We identified the genome variations between triple negative breast cancer stem cells (CSCs) and non-cancer stem cells (NCSCs) with/without ionizing radiation (IR). In summary, there were four groups, IR+CSC, IR-CSC, IR+NCSC and IR-NCSC. The result helped us to study the LSD1's function in the breast cancer. |
