This research is about the DNA methylation difference between races. We do the WGBS of three Asians' and four Africans' whole blood. Among them, the three Asians are two parents and their son. We investigate their whole genome methylation pattern for confirming our HM450K microarray results of a larger dataset which contain more Asians' and Africans' whole blood samples. |
