RNAs extracted from human HepG2 cell line were used for two libraries preperation in parallel: total RNA library (ribo-) and the circRNA-enriched library (RNase R+/ribo-). CircRNA and mRNA profiles in Human HepG2 cell line were generated by RNA sequencing with illumina HiSeq3000 platform. |
