High-altitude environments represent some of the most extreme environments around the world.Here we present the complete genome sequence of 126 domestic horses, including 65 lowland animals across ten Chinese native breeds and 61 horses living at least 3,300 meters above sea level across seven locations along the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. |
