Description There still don't exist good non-invasive method to detect and localize of Genitourinary cancers, such as Prostate cancer, Bladder cancer and Kidney cancer. In this project, we try to build binary classifier and multi-class classifier by using DNA methylation and copy number variation information of urine sediment of genitourinary cancers. Finally, we try to apply the classifiers to do early detection of Genitourinary cancers.
