Description Distant metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is poorly understood. We selected 215 paired primary tumor, regional lymph node and distant metastasis samples from 48 NPC patients for genomic/transcriptomic/single-cell sequencing, to study the molecular basis of NPC metastasis and evolution.
