Description |
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumorigenesis is complicated and associated with somatic mutations/indels and copy number alterations. This project generated a number of somatic SNVs/indels/CNVs in 82 NPC patients using the whole-exome sequencing method. Also using these information we proposed the molecular classifier to identify the NPC patients prognosis, which could be a hint for the targeted therapeutics options for the patients with the designated subtype. |
