We took the ischemic cortex tissues on 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days after transient cerebral artery ischemia model (tMCAO). Then we performed 50 bp single-end (SE50) small RNA Sequencing (smallRNA-Seq) using the Illumina sequencing platform. |
