Description |
To explore the loading exosomal miRNA function of ENO1 and hnRNPA1 in A549 cell, ENO1 and hnRNPA1 was knocked down separately. Then exosomal RNA were purified from control (scramble), ENO1 knock down (shENO1), and hnRNPA1 knock down (shhnRNPA1). Next-generation sequence was performed to sequence exosomal small RNA. |
