| 描述信息 | Unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs) are life-threatening cerebrovascular diseases driven by chronic inflammation. In recent years, significant interest has focused on gut microbiota host interaction because accumulating evidence has revealed that gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in multiple disease. However, whether gut microbiota dysbiosis participates in the development of UIAs remains largely unknown. We performed a metagenome-wide association study in a cohort of 100 UIAs and 100 controls, Chinese individuals. A cohort of 40 UIAs individuals and 40 controls was studied for further validation. Fecal microbiota transplantation from patients to C57BL/6N mice which were pre-treated with antibiotics was conducted to evaluate the role of gut microbiota in contributing to the pathogenesis of UIAs. | ||||||||||||||||||||
