Description Comprehensive characterization of genomic variations of early stage lung cancer could reflect the initial features of tumorigenesis, and is crucial for the proper management of this disease. Increasing number of ground-glass nodules (GGNs) has been identified as lung cancer, and generally at the early stage of tumorigenesis. Whether genetic alterations are associated with the clinical characteristics remain unsolved.
