Next-generation-sequencing was applied to the collected samples from colorectal cancer patients with multiple metastases. The evolutionary histories of cancer metastasis were reconstructed using phylogenetic methods. Our project focus on the description of metastatic modes of distant metastases in colorectal cancer. |
