Description |
In the process of two-line hybrid rice seed production, the quality of seed production is vulnerable to thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) rice line fertility alternation, which was caused by unpredictable climate change. To explore appropriate solutions to reduce the chance of seed production failure, exogenous substances D-Arg and ethephon were utilized to reverse fertility alternation under low temperature inducement. |
