Description |
rnf2 is a key component of Polycomb Repressive Complex 1 (PRC1) . The goal of this study is to investigate the function of PRC1 in zebrafish cardiogenesis. The single embryonic hearts were extracted individually from 24 hpf wild type (WT) and rnf2-/- embryos. The mRNA profiles of WT and rnf2-/- hearts were generated by next-generation sequencing, in duplicated. By single-cell transcriptome sequencing, we identified thousands of up- or down-regulated genes in rnf2-/- hearts. |
