Description |
Skeletal muscle development and growth is closely associated with efficiency of poultry meat production and its quality. In present study, we performed whole transcriptome profiling based on RNA-Seq of breast muscle tissue obtained from the embryonic (embryonic day 12, 17) to post-hatching (post-hatch day 1, 14, 56, 98) periods of Shouguang chicken. |
