Title RNA-Seq for chicken breast muscle
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Gallus gallus
Description Skeletal muscle development and growth is closely associated with efficiency of poultry meat production and its quality. In present study, we performed whole transcriptome profiling based on RNA-Seq of breast muscle tissue obtained from the embryonic (embryonic day 12, 17) to post-hatching (post-hatch day 1, 14, 56, 98) periods of Shouguang chicken.
