Description |
We aimed to analysis the genomic imprinting effects in mouse mammary gland. F1 hybrids were generated by reciprocally crossing C57Bl/6J and PWK/PhJ mouse strains. Mouse mammary gland tissues from the F1 mice at day 15 of lactation stage were dissected. Totally, 5 of the C57BL/6 * PWK/PhJ F1 hybrids and 4 of the PWK/PhJ * C57BL/6 F1 hybrids were collected and sequenced. |
