Description HSPC development is a dynamic process with different molecular and phenotypical features at different developmental stages. Here, we focused on the dynamic changes in chromatin accessibility and transcriptome features of HSPCs from nascent to fetal states, and uncover the critical role of chromatin remodelers in this process.
