Description In this study,we explored the genomic signatures within this endangered living fossil, dovetree. A chromosome-scale genome was assembled.Basing the total 10 individuals resequencing data, we found the effective population size of the dove-tree continuously decreased during the Quatenary climatic changes. We also obtain transcriptome of leaves and bracts to explore the differential expression pattern.
