Description |
The six uniformly sized seedlings of Populus x canadensis Moench were selected for the heat-stress experiment. Specifically, three seedlings (pch1, pch2, and pch3) received the heat-stress treatment, consisting (40°C for 1 h) and another three (pcq1, pcq2, and pcq3) served as the controls. Leaf RNAs of all six plants were collected for the sequencing using the PacBio Sequel platform. |
