Description |
How genetic aberrations accumulate and evolve during tumor progression is a fundamental question. Recent studies applied single cell DNA sequencing on different cancer types and identified evidence supporting punctuated copy number evolution (PCNE) of tumor cells. However, how hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) evolve at single cell resolution remains largely unknown. Here, we examined the copy number alteration profiles of 1232 single cells from 10 patients with HCC. |
