Description |
The six uniformly sized seedlings of Populus simonii were selected for the heat-stress experiment. Specifically, three seedlings (psh1, psh2, and psh3) received the heat-stress treatment, consisting (40°C for 1 h) and another three (psq1, psq2, and psq3) served as the controls. Leaf RNAs of all six plants were collected for the sequencing using the PacBio Sequel platform. |
