描述信息 In order to releaves m6A alternations in pancreatic cancer in chinese patients, we performed MeRIP-seq for 65 tumor samples, 33 tumor-adjust samples. In further study of the m6A modification in pancreatic cancer, we also performed HITS-CLIP and m6a-iCLIP sequencing experiments on PANC-1 cell lines.
