Description |
Staphylococcus aureus belongs to the genus Staphylococcus and is a representative of Gram-positive bacteria. It is a common foodborne pathogenic microorganism. With the extensive use of antibiotics in clinical practice, a variety of resistant strains have emerged. This project mainly studies the phenotypic plasticity of Staphylococcus aureus under different vancomycin concentrations, and applies genome-wide association analysis to locate significant sites related to the phenotypic plasticity of the strains, thereby annotating the genes. |
