Heveochlorella hainangensis and roystonensis strain ITBB A3-8 as novel green alga strains belong to the same genus of Heveochlorella, and are respectively isolated from rubber tree and Roystonea regia bark.The evolution relationship of them from an epiphytic to endophytic lifestyle of tree-dewelling green algae is investigated by comparing their sequences of mitochondrion genomes. |
