Title gut microbiome of septic patients

Description Dysbiosis of gut microbiome have been confirmed to be correlated with various diseases. We collected fecal samples of ICU patients with sepsis and septic shock and performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing to investigate on the correlations between their gut microbiome and sepsis/septic shock.
