Title The BALF transcriptome data for Pneumonia patients
Relevance Medical
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description To understand how the human immune system responds to virus infection,we delineated the immune transcriptome signatures by metatranscriptome sequencing for the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from eight laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patients(SARS2),147 community-acquired pneumonia patients(CAP),and 20 healthy controls without any known pulmonary diseases(Healthy).
