The 7E1/7D and 7E2/7D substitution lines were sequenced by 10X Genomics Gemcode method. The 10X reads were first aligned to the Triticeae repeat database mipsREdat 9.3p by BWA-mem software to filter out repeat noises, then de novo assembled into scaffold sequences by supernova software. |
