Description

Cell-free DNA was extracted from SF samples using the MasterPure Complete DNA and RNA Purification Kit (Epicentre) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Next, the sequencing library was prepared using ND604-VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit based on the manufacture's protocol. Then DNA library was sequenced on Illumina HighSeq 2500 sequencer.
