Genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 used a combination of Illumina Miseq sequecning and nanopore target sequencing.Miseq group includes original sample,direct cDNA and Multiplex PCR product of a cell strain P3. Nanopore group comprises mutiplex PCR product of the above cell strain P1 , P2, other 22 cell strains and 4 clinical samples. |
