Title Transcriptomic data of an immortalized hepatic cell line of the Chinese tree shrew
Relevance Model organism
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Tupaia chinensis
Description We established an immortalized tree shrew hepatic cell line, ITH6.1. Comparison of the transcriptomic features of the primary hepatocytes and different passages of the ITH6.1 cell revealed the dynamic gene expression profiles during the transformation. This established tree shrew liver cell line may be a good resource for studying drugs for liver disease and cell signaling in response to viral infections.
