Title Global Characterization of CD45+ Immune Cells States in Peripheral Blood and Synovial Tissues of ACPA-negative and ACPA-positive Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients by Single-cell Sequencing
Relevance autoimmunity disease
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Homo sapiens
Description The immune pathogenesis mechanisms that underlie ACPA-positive and ACPA-negative RA are not well understood. Here, we profiled 100,551 cells from peripheral blood and synovial tissue of seven ACPA-positive and seven ACPA-negative RA patients as well as healthy controls by single-cell RNA sequencing, which enabled identification and characterization of specific subsets of immune cells related to RA pathogenesis.
Sample scope Single cell
