Description |
Adiantum capillus-veneris is a fern species, which is the second largest vascular plant and the closest sister lineage of seed plants. Adiantum is a homosporous land fern, which is representative for the majority of fern species and suitable for fern biology and land plant evolution. We assembled a high quality genome of Adiantum with Scaffold N50 228k and generated various transcriptome datasets covering all stages of life cycles. These datasets will provide rich resources for study on fern genome architecture and the evolution of land plants. |
