描述信息 A case control study recruited patients with HCC, liver cirrhosis and healthy controls. Four genomic features of cell-free DNA (cfDNA), including nucleosome footprint (NF), fragmentation, base mismatch (BM) and 5-hydroxymethylcytosines (5hmc) were profiled by low-pass whole genome sequencing (2x) and hydroxymethylcytosines enrichment sequencing. Training and validation cohorts helped develop the integrated diagnostic model and test cohort was used to evaluate its performance.
