Primary vascular smooth muscle cells were isolated from mice dorsal aorta and transfected with adNIC, which could express human notch1 intracellular domain and activate Notch signal. 48 h later, the cells were harvested and subjected to RNA sequencing conducted by a commercial service (RiboBio). |
