Description |
Rice is an indispensable crop in East and Southeast Asia, and the study of its biological characteristics has important values. We have observed that different s of rice have different resistance to brown planthoppers, and this phenomenon is valuable for studying rice gene resistance to brown planthopper. In this study, we introduce the transcriptomic analysis of rice s with variable resistance to brown planthopper: 1) Extensive similarities and differences in brown planthopper resistance in three rice cultivars ; 2) Different cultivars of rice differ in signal transmission; 3) Differences between brown planthopper damage and physical simulation, reflecting the possibility of chemical induction. |
