Description Resistance to glucocorticoid is a major obstacle to effective treatment ,but the mechanism has not been studied very clearly. This study GC-sensitive AML used GC-sensitive AML cell line Kasumi-1 and established GC-resistant cell strain through GC treatment in vitro. Based on these sensitive-resistant cell pairs we found HOTAIRM1 was highly expressed in resistant cells, and its high expression contributed to GC resistance.
