Description |
We performed direct metatranscriptomic sequencing on all 18 fecal samples from children with COVID-19 (Raw), as well as hybrid capture-based sequencing on 18 samples with one round of hybridization (E1) and nine samples (one sample from each child) with two rounds of hybridization (E2). |
