Title RNA-seq of rice 9311 at Taoyuan
Relevance Agricultural
Data types Transcriptome or Gene expression
Raw sequence reads
Organisms Oryza sativa Indica Group
Description Taoyuan of Yunnan in China, has been a well-known amazing place where the highest rice yield in the world was recorded. Since Taoyuan is a unique dry and hot valley of the upstream Yangtze River, we chose Jinghong where is a typical region planting indica rice as the control place. To systematically reveal the gene regulation mechanism underpinning this ultra-high yield, tiller buds, tiller roots, young panicles, booting panicles, booting leaves, booting roots and flag leaves of the rice variety 9311 from Taoyuan and Jinghong were collected for RNA-seq.
Sample scope Monoisolate
