Description | Brassica napus (B. napus) produces around 13% of vegetable oil worldwide and it is the largest oil crop in China. Seed oil content (SOC) is a highly important trait for oil crops and breeding oilseeds with high oil content is economically important. Our work generated a large dataset consisting of genomic variations (505 re-sequenced inbreed lines) and transcriptomes of developing seeds (583 RNA-seq in two stages) of a natural population with enormous variation in SOC. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
