The incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year in the Chinese population, seriously endangering the physical and mental health of Chinese women.In this project, the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway gene mutation in breast cancer was sequenced by targeted exome sequencing, revealing the pedigree characteristics of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway mutation in Chinese breast cancer population. |
