In this study, we reported the chromosome-scale assembly of L. maritima genome anchored on twelve chromosomes. We generated a reference genome for L. maritima to provide a solid foundation for our future understanding of the genome structure and evolution of the Lobularia genus.Our primary goal is to gain a deep understanding of genomic changes by which L. maritima has adapted to the harsh habitats. |
