Title Single cell transcriptome and genome analysis of pituitary endocrine tumors

Description Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are the second most common intracranial tumor. A comprehensive understanding of pathogenesis and invasiveness of PitNETs was lacked.In this study, we performed high-precision single-cell RNA sequencing for 2,679 individual cells covering most PitNETs subtypes and single-cell multi-omics sequencing for 238 cells. Then we did integrated bioinformatics analyses and in-depth data mining.
